  • Attendant - customer service

    Management OPS specializes in outsourcing services for the airport and ground transportation sectors. It works on behalf of major customers, entrusting it with the management of their customer service, cleaning, baggage handling and security operations. Management OPS teams are on the front line, ensuring that the customer experience reaches its full potential through operational excellence. Management OPS is an affiliate of DRAKKAR.  

    Our growing team is looking for Customer Service Representatives. Our workplace is located at the Montreal Airport.    

    As a Customer Service Representatives, you will :

    • Accompany and take charge of assigned passengers.
    • Enter information relating to accompaniment and pick-up in the activity tracking application.
    • Assist assigned passengers from the check-in counter to the boarding area and then to the aircraft door.
    • Assist with boarding, deplaning and transfer of passengers when required.
    • Assist passenger with checked baggage drop-off for transborder departures.
    • Assist passenger with non-standard baggage drop-off.Assist passenger with reclaiming checked baggage.
    • Assist passenger with transfer from aircraft seat to wheelchair.
    • Transfer passenger from his or her seat to a wheelchair.
    • Transfer of the passenger from his/her wheelchair, self-propelled chair or other mobility aid to a wheelchair, transfer chair or other mobility aid owned by the Operator.

    What we offer :

    • Workplace: Montreal Airport
    • Hourly rate of $18.91, evolving after a few months according to the current collective agreement.
    • Night premium of $0.75 per hour between 0:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.
    • Indeterminate unionized position: work schedules vary according to operational needs.
    • Full benefits package upon completion of 6 months full-time work, including telemedicine.
    • Opportunity for advancement within the company.

    Prerequisites:

    • Significant customer service experience.
    • Bilingualism (French, English). Fluency in any other spoken language is a strong asset.
    • Sense of initiative, versatility, and good stress management.
    • Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and professionalism.
    • Diplomacy and team spirit.
    • Good physical condition.
    • Available to work different shifts (day, evening, night, and weekend) according to operational needs.

  • Aircraft cleaning attendant

    Are you interested in the airport sector? Are you rigorous, physically fit and flexible? Our growing team is looking for several interior and exterior aircraft cleaners. Our workplace is located in Mirabel.

    As an aircraft cleaner, you'll be responsible for :

    • Clean the exterior of the aircraft within the allotted time.
    • Clean the interior of the aircraft within the allotted time.
    • Follow specific job instructions.
    • Keep the work environment clean and safe.
    • Comply with current safety regulations.

    What we offer:

    • Workplace: Mirabel QC.
    • Hourly rate of $20.15, evolving after a few months according to the current collective agreement.
    • Night premium of $0.75 per hour between 0:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.
    • 10 days technical training.
    • Full-time indeterminate unionized position; day shifts.
    • Full benefits package upon completion of 6 months full-time work, including telemedicine.
    • Opportunity for advancement within the company.

    Prerequisites :

    • Good physical condition
    • Able to work in confined spaces in constraining postures.
    • Able to work at heights.
    • Concern for a job well done.
